Nutrition Program
This program provides lunches from Mondays to Fridays to seniors and low-income people.
Food Distribution
This program provide supplies from the Houston Food Bank and Community Garden on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays every week by appointment only. Due to capacity limits, we can handle 400 appointments on Tuesdays from 8:00-11:30 AM, 50 appointments on Thursdays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM-Noon.
Due to the program's magnitude, each family can only receive foods once every two weeks.
Emergency Assistance Program
This program helps out families in emergency situations such as fires, storms, medical emergencies, and even unemployment.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
